Return and Refund policy
Returns:
Although we are confident that you will be amazed with our strollers and related products , if for some reason you are not , you will have 30 days to return your item. It's important to note that this return policy applies to all brands with the exception of Joolz. All items must be returned in their original condition, and retail packaging with in 30 days for full merchandise refund not including shipping charges. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
To initiate a return, just send an email to returns@strollzone.com and include the following information:
- Order #
- Which items you would like to return
- Reason for your return
We'll respond to your email within 24 hours, and set up your return or replacement as soon as possible.
Please be advised that we are unable to facilitate returns for any Joolz Brand products. Our company operates exclusively online, and unfortunately, the manufacturer does not authorize returns through our platform.
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@strollzone.com and include the following information so we can process a claim on your behalf:
- Order #
- Which items are damaged
- Images of the damages to packaging or items
We'll respond to your email within 24 hours and help get you a replacement part or product.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
