Swivel Wheel Axis ENDEAVOUR

The swivel wheel axis kit is used in place of the fixed front wheel that is standard on the Axiom Endeavour.
The Axis kit frame fits into the forks of the Axiom Endeavour the two 6” swivel wheels on the Axis Kit allow you to turn the chair easily in its own tracks. The swivel wheel axis kit works great on paved surfaces as well as indoors. The swivel wheel axis kit does not work well in gravel or grass and is not meant to run with.
